Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed. Standard shipping delivery time with USPS is 3-5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.  

All domestic orders over $100 receive FREE shipping via USPS Ground Advantage!!

We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. 

Dixie Chic cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as postal interruptions, severe weather, hurricanes, etc. 

Dixie Chic ships anywhere in the world! It includes Canada and International addresses. These are the international shipping options: 

• USPS First Class Package International: Delivery varies by destination, most affordable 
• USPS Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you receive free shipping, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Dixie Chic is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged, or packages that have been marked as delivered. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking confirmation e-mail to track your package and verify delivery.
